Supply Care Solutions has a long established reputation for supplying candidates to Councils, the NHS, and Schools across the UK. Established in 2004, Supply Care Solutions provide candidates to Private organisations, the NHS, Local Councils and Schools across the UK. We are passionate about ensuring that the candidates we supply meet the very highest standards in the delivery of care, support and protection for those in the community who are vulnerable and in need. Due to our recent framework award, we are looking to recruit experienced Recruitment Consultants who are looking for an opportunity to further develop their career by enhancing our Healthcare/Medical Team. Healthcare/Medical recruitment experience essential but would look at candidates with experience in other sectors such as Education, Social care or Allied Health. Job Description * To take ad responses by telephone from prospective candidates wishing to register * Gathering minimum compliance requirements from all candidates prior to submission. * To regularly interview all candidates wishing to register ascertaining that they have the suitable qualifications/registrations and experience commensurate with the vacancies that we receive * Keep regular contact with all candidates * Keep an up to date record of all candidate availability – on the availability lists and internal database * To maintain regular contact with all candidates ensuring that they are kept up to date with jobs that we are submitting their details to * To liaise professionally with all clients regarding candidate availability * To liaise professionally with the contacts within the Managed Services, regarding day to day issues which may occur relating to working/submitted candidates * To ensure that the workload is prioritised at all times giving attention to the potential placement of all available candidates * Submit candidates which match the client specific job requirements * To take vacancies by telephone, or via email, and ensure that candidate details are submitted to these vacancies promptly. * To canvass new clients using the databases provided by Supply Care Solutions * To participate in the involvement of developing our candidate and client databases as required. * Maintaining and enhancing Supply Care Solutions brand within our market place with both candidates and clients Additional Duties * Chase any outstanding timesheets weekly. * To update and maintain availability lists, for record keeping. * To update client and candidate records * Ensuring compliance levels across the business are met Personal Specification * Excellent verbal and written English * Professional, friendly, calm and helpful manner * Attention to detail and ability to make detailed checks of data * Good Time Keeping * Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy and diverse workload * Self Motivation with a Can-do attitude and a pro-active approach to getting things done. * Target Driven and Sales focussed Our office hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. We are operating a hybrid working model where as you will only need to attend the office for 2 weeks each month and the rest of the month you will be working from home.
