We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Congleton, Cheshire to help run and establish a healthcare desk within the UK. The role in brief: This is a 360-degree recruitment role, meaning you will manage the whole recruitment life cycle from introduction to candidates and clients, to placement and post placement support. As a consultant, you will develop long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike and be able to grasp a full picture of each and every requirement from both parties, offering yourself and your knowledge to candidates to do more than just sell but to advise and offer industry knowledge. You will be expected to use and develop business development skills to source new opportunities within your chosen healthcare sector.
