Recruitment Consultant - home based. * Could also suit a proactive customer facing person. We may have a solution for you. At AES, we help proactive people (either from the recruitment sector or from other customer facing sectors) to become professional recruitment consultants from home. We are a consultancy, not an agency and we will give you everything you need (assuming you have a computer and the Internet) to grow a niche recruitment business. Permanent recruitment is all about managing customers and the rewards are good. If we put someone into a job, we will charge the client a fee and typically that is around £5,000. Many of our home-based consultants do one fee every month but we do have people who do two and three per month. You keep all the revenue you generate. Regardless of how much you make (and this is a lifestyle opportunity rather than a get rich quick scheme) with AES you will work from home, have no commuting to do, work the hours you want, be there for the kids (if you have a family) and fit your job around your life and not the other way around; how much is all this worth to you? For everything we provide (and you get all the systems, hardware and support an AES office-based person gets) you will give AES a modest monthly fee - think of it as your target. Important, this monthly charge does not apply in the first three months, whilst you are laying the foundations of your enterprise. Therefore, you could be putting people into jobs and getting the cash into your account (and we also collect this for you) before you have to pay AES the first monthly fee in month 4.
