Jubilee Catering & Hospitality Recruitment is actively recruiting for Recruitment Consultants to join our office in the Cotswolds, recruiting for Positions on a permanent basis. You may currently be working as a Food and Beverage Manager, Restaurant Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager in capacity or similar in Hotels but we welcome applicants from different backgrounds, roles and industries – you do not need to come from recruitment. What is most important is that you offer excellent people and communication skills, work with integrity, have the aptitude to learn and the drive to succeed. The role • Interviewing and liaising with candidates to determine their personal strengths and job requirements • Matching candidates to jobs • Briefing candidates on suitable roles and preparing them for interviews • Managing the recruitment process, from the initial interview through to the offer being made. You will also facilitate negotiations between the client and candidate, such as salary and start date, and provide feedback before and after interviews • Maintaining the candidate database and promoting jobs to new and existing candidates • Introducing suitable candidates to new and existing clients • Developing long term relationships with clients by building an understanding of their structure, culture, hiring needs and preferences. Ideally the successful candidate will have: • Background in catering and hospitality sector • Be willing to learn, grow, develop and progress • A competitive and driven nature • Developed interpersonal skills with the ability to forge lasting relationships. • Knowledge of Cotswolds and surrounding areas. Excellent benefits, commission scheme, incentives and career prospects Your earning potential is linked directly to the success of your recruitment desk but typically you can earn upto £50,000 (or higher). This is made up of a base starting salary between £18,000-£34,999 depending on experience. At Jubilee, you will work as part of a successful and expanding company, servicing an array of catering and hospitality clients. There are opportunities available for our Recruitment Consultants to progress into Lead Consultant positions as they demonstrate management ability and consistent recruitment performance.
