As our Health & Social Care Recruitment Consultant you will: Take Telephone Enquiries and build relationships with our clients Conduct a Telephone interview of applicants Fulfill Compliance Checks on applicants Manage Administrative process of candidate`s applications Undertake CV Searching for potential candidates Person Specification Ideally from a Social Care Background. An understanding of the Social Care Sector and the different sectors and roles within. Ideally a Care Coordinator or Care Manager from the social care sector. Ideally experience of Domiciliary Care/Elderly Residential/Learning Disabilities Excellent telephone manner, professional, clearly spoken and a good communicator. Excellent work ethic and professional approach to colleagues. A bright and bubbly personality to join our already vibrant team. Experience with Word and Microsoft outlook is essential.
