Our Shared Service team provide a range of HR and recruitment functions to our care homes across England. Demand to reach out and attract the brightest, kindest talent in our field is growing and as such we are developing a larger HR and recruitment team to deliver an excellent end to end recruitment experience. What you’ll be doing You will be responsible for the end to end recruitment experience from taking the brief to assisting with on-boarding activities. You will be using a range of direct approach and recruitment tools, including databases and social media. You’ll be providing advice and guidance to recruiting managers and ultimately finding talent for a variety of roles across our organisation, and reducing the need for third party agency costs through direct hire. Where you will be working: Our Support Centre in Yorkshire provides additional support to the daily workings of our care homes, looking after all purchasing and administrative tasks, in addition to adding an extra resource for activities and partnerships. This enables our homes to focus on their main priority - the delivery of excellent care. What you'll need You’re an experienced recruiter having worked onsite or in-house previously. Results-oriented, you follow processes accurately and communicate articulately with people at all levels, offering substantiated ideas on how recruitment functions and candidate attraction can be improved and optimised.
