The Opportunity We are now looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Sheffield Industrial team. We are interested in hearing from candidates who are keen to pick up the phone and help build a successful business. The role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is to both grow the business through sales, speaking to local companies about the candidates we have available as well as supporting the team to find the best available candidates for our clients and match the right person for the vacancies we manage. You will have the ability to establish and maintain effective candidate and client relationships.
