Recruitment Consultant - IT Technical sector - Central Birmingham - NO threshold 20% commission - neg salary!! Griffin and Scott are currently on the lookout for an experienced Recruitment Consultant from ANY sector for an entrepreneurial and innovative client based in central Birmingham. The Package • Basic salary between £22 – 27K basic • Commission of 20% on ALL billings with NO threshold • Amazing incentives and lots of attention on client relationship building / entertaining clients. The Business Established since 2013, this business are steadily growing since inception and business demand brings about the need for new talent! My client already has a strong, established brand within the IT market in Birmingham and EU. They have very low staff turnover and do not adopt a hire and fire culture - which gives the team a very solid foundation. Recruiting solely in the IT Tech market gives them a niche to focus on and leverage on their competitors that covers more generalist IT verticals. Working on average fees of around £12k - gives the opportunity for consultants to earn fantastic money and the potential to progress and build a team around them is a sure thing! The Role The Senior Recruitment Consultant must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within the recruitment industry and a solid understanding of a 360 role with achievements to back it up. Ideally, the business wants to bring in strong billers to hit the ground running and pick up a warm desk that would benefit from even more business development.
