Recruitment Consultant Leeds £18,000 to £30,000 + Excellent bonus, benefits package and career progression Elevation Recruitment are Yorkshires leading multi-disciplined specialist recruitment group. We are currently recruiting for a talented, passionate and experienced recruitment Consultant to join our busy Leeds team, working with one of our highly experienced Directors to develop existing and new accounts. For this role, we are open to speaking with experienced experienced Recruitment Consultants from any sector, who are looking for their next move. Delivering on our core focus of ensuring a consultative and professional service to both our clients and candidates - we believe in getting it right first time, providing accurate short-lists to our clients and offering individuals the opportunities that truly match their career ambitions. Successful applicants should expect core duties to include: * New Business Development - By regularly contacting new and existing clients via both telephone calls and face to face meetings * Candidate Generation - Generate, qualify, register and interview new candidates providing interview feedback, career advice and market information. * Account Management - Maintain and further develop existing client relationships * Candidate Management - Maintain regular contact with active candidates ensuring they are updated and informed on their job search progress It is essential that all applicants have the following skills: * Proven, successful experience within a recruitment environment. * Professional and confident approach when interacting with clients and candidates both face to face and over the phone. You have to be able to engage with people. * Ability to maintain & build client relationships whilst delivering results beyond expectations. * Desire and ability to become a specialist within your market, in order to provide credible advice and support to both clients and candidates. * Hard-working approach and commitment to building a credible reputation within the Yorkshire market. * Display a genuine passion for the continued growth of your career and our business.
