We are looking for motivated and passionate individuals to join our Wilmslow Head Office. Currently operating within the sectors of Oil & Gas, Engineering, Mining and Professional Services now is your chance to join a successful international business.
If your application is successful you will go through a comprehensive training programme before being closely mentored by one of our experienced Divisional Managers. This will provide you with the platform to fast track your career development within your own Legal market!
The role of a Recruitment Consultant is challenging, with long hours and revenue / activity targets along the way. The role is a sales position and requires somebody that is driven, motivated and resilient!
You will be responsible for sourcing candidate that are not readily available, developing new business and maximizing all opportunities with clients in a professional manner.
We have an opening on our Legal team recruiting for clients in the Middle East. This is a great chance to work with Magic Circle, White Shoe, Regional and Local Law firms where we have solid relationships for you to utilize from day one.
Who are we looking for?
- Some sales experience is preferred but not essential
- Highly motivated by success
- Career focused
- Ideally a degree in Law or similar
