The Role The Pharmaceutical and broader Life Sciences sector is a global powerhouse, with 723,000 people employed across Europe, and 73,000 in the UK alone. The sector is very different to many others, given that the people you will be recruiting for or working with, all form part of an industry which is focused on saving or improving peoples lives. One day you may be speaking with a scientist who discovered a cure for diabetes, or technology for diagnosing cancer, faster; there are few roles for a recruiter where you can potentially be part of a process of changing peoples lives. The Life Sciences division is growing. With a number of strong client relationships in place, we are looking for enthusiastic, articulate and intelligent people, with an appetite for outstanding customer delivery and with a passion for offering the best, expert led recruitment solutions to this global industry. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of new and existing relationships, and to establish and grow accounts of significant revenue potential. Growing from specialism, there is opportunity to grow a team, and build a base of Recruitment Consultants to support increasing Client demands for expert support. To be successful in a role with so much opportunity, you will naturally be highly driven, ambitious, and always looking for new ways to develop your skills and knowledge. You will need to be creative and curious as many of the roles you will recruit for will be highly complex as will be the environments in which they operate. Both clients and candidates alike are likely to be highly academic and intelligent; as such you will need to be a confident and professional but most importantly an outstanding communicator. You will need to be target and KPI driven, be self-motivated, and relish the opportunity of meeting with, and addressing challenges of both Clients and Candidates. Criteria - We are looking for enthusiastic sales professional who has a proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets. - To be successful, you will need to have proven experience showing your natural resilience, and creativity, and be able to think outside of the box - You will have demonstrated in your career, high levels of focus, working toward a goal, and achieving it. - A degree or further education experience is desirable, but not essential. - Excellent communication skills, coupled with exceptional customer service is essential. - Experience in healthcare or technical recruitment is highly desirable, but not essential. - Applicants will be organised, target driven, tenacious and motivated by substantial earning potential.
