Working in our Glasgow based team, alongside existing logistics specialists, you will provide support with operational resource planning, recruitment and customer service to our key clients. As we like to really understand our clients, we often meet them on their premises, so flexibility to some travel is important. Success in this newly created role will lead to progression within Global Recruitment Group for the right candidate so a career mind set is a key requirement. Experience working within resource planning environments will be essential. The ideal candidate will have this experience in the logistics and/or recruitment sectors. It’s an exciting time at Global. Key Duties Include- * Day to day resource planning for logistics clients * Managing recruitment to ensure client resource pools are appropriate * Organising and timetabling client induction activities * Working with the Global planning systems to ensure existing processes and data integrity * Meeting targets and deadlines as agreed within team * Supporting on call & out of hours service on agreed rota * At all times working within the key Compliance guidelines Skills – * Team player * Ability to handle high pressure/high volume demands * Able to communicate internally and externally, adjusting style to audience * Strong natural focus on Customer Service * Self-starter, proactive, able to operate on own initiative * Word, Excel and PowerPoint to a good standard – specific experience using a resource planning system and familiarity with app technology preferred Experience - * Working experience in a resource planning environment – essential * Experience in logistics/recruitment sectors - preferred * High volume shift planning and scheduling * Familiar with working to and achieving targets * Experience dealing with clients, face to face and over the phone To Apply- Please send your CV along with covering letter below
