Our client is a well-established and well reputed Retail, Fashion and Luxury Brand Recruitment Consultancy, based in Central London.
Working with a close-knit team and highly supportive management, you will have an incredibly ‘warm’ platform from which to establish your own presence. With smart offices, a ‘family feel’ culture and door opening brand name, you should be able to start billing and establishing yourself very quickly.
Entering into the business at Recruitment Consultant level, you will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment sales cycle from mapping your market, developing new business, managing existing business, achieving financial and productivity KPIs, attracting and managing quality candidates and growing your overall market presence.
You will be handling a high volume workload and will need to manage your time well. You will meet all candidates before sending them out to market and will visit new and existing clients on a regular basis. You will be expected to present as an ambassador for the company and the brands they represent at all times.
The successful candidate for this Recruitment Consultant role will have a ‘passion for fashion’ and luxury brands. You will be expected to conduct and present yourself as an ambassador for your clients in every candidate interaction you have, so personal presentation and professional conduct are of paramount importance.
Additional languages are beneficial although not essential. We would be particularly interested in speaking with experienced recruitment consultants who also have spoken Russian, Arabic or Mandarin.
In this highly competitive market the Recruitment Consultant will need to demonstrate a good understanding of the retail and fashion industry. A background in Retail sales, especially with a high-end retailer would be a huge advantage however excellent recruitment experience is a must.
