Recruitment Consultant - Medical Brighton Competitive salary and benefits About the team This is an opportunity to be part of a nursing and social care desk in Brighton for Search Consultancy. Primarily working on short notice, temporary shifts for qualified nurses, healthcare assistants and support workers, the team will have the autonomy (whilst very well supported) to grow a successful desk. Being in at the early stages is always exciting although you will be part of an established team within Search. Our Brighton office has recently been refurbished and is perfectly situated in the town centre to allow for direct access to candidates. The Opportunity We are looking for Recruitment Consultants with experience of working in healthcare or any other fast paced environment with a strong compliance element. You must excel at forming relationships quickly and be happy to work to KPI's and targets.
