The varied aspects of the position will include leading a small team, together with developing the sales side of the business. This company are recently established and specialise in the recruitment of healthcare General Practitioners from the UK and further afield globally, to work in GP Practises in the UK. This superb position represents the opportunity to be part of and grow a Recruitment company in the medical field, with a high degree of autonomy and potential to develop. The Candidate: The successful candidate for the Recruitment Consultant role will most importantly be from a sales background, all disciplines will be considered. A proven track record of success is essential, whilst knowledge of the NHS or Healthcare market is an advantage (but certainly not essential). Ambition is paramount, wanting to be involved in a company in its infancy and be a future leader is imperative.
