Due to expansion we are happy to take on either an experienced Consultant or Trainee Excellent basic salary + bonus The Role: As a Recruitment Consultant you will develop a good understanding of our customers, their industry and what they require. We are a specialist recruiter working with Fashion, Textiles and FMCG businesses and our candidates can be anything from Merchandisers, Buyers, Designers, Product Developers and Quality Technologists, giving us and our customer’s great diversity and never a dull day. You will be responsible for managing a specific region within the UK, developing the database, promoting the services of the agency to both candidate and clients alike. Responding quickly and accurately to customer needs. Business development/marketing to attract new companies and repeat business into the company and help build brand awareness. Taking customer job briefs, writing job descriptions. Receiving and reviewing applications from candidates on a daily basis. Registering candidates and building rapport providing first class customer service. Using our candidate database and a selection of specialist websites/media to source the right person to the client’s vacancy. Discussing and providing information to candidates regarding job duties, salaries and benefits of the companies. Preparing CV’s to forward to clients regarding suitable candidates. Organising interviews for candidates and clients as requested. Obtaining feedback from clients and candidates after interview. Negotiating terms of business with new clients. Negotiating and finalising all details between client and candidates upon offer. Achieving weekly KPI’s. Ensuring quality standards within the business are maintained
