Job title: Recruitment Consultant – New Business Development Manager Product: Recruitment Software & Services Salary: £30,000pa + Commission (£70,000 OTE) Location: Loughborough The Company Vacancy Filler is a leading recruitment technology provider based in Loughborough. We help our clients to reduce cost per hire and time per hire, as well as enhancing the candidate experience. This year we celebrate our 10th year anniversary and are proud to continue working with many leading household brands across Europe such as; ALDI, Lush, Haribo, Missguided and many more. We operate with two arms to our business. One arm focuses on technology, and the other arms focuses on traditional recruitment services. The technology arm introduces operational efficiencies with our Applicant Tracking Software (ATS), Onboarding module and our Induction App. Our Recruitment Services are a support function for businesses that don’t have the tools or resource to recruit directly. We enable them to do this and achieve an average saving of 65% of their total recruitment spend. Who are we looking for? We are looking for ambitious, forward-thinking recruiters who understand that the future of recruitment is going to be through a combination of both technology and human interaction. You need to be passionate about developing new business along with the ability to present at board level. Although you will be supported with leads from marketing, this role will require a high level of cold calling, as well as the ability to identify recruitment challenges and understand whether we can assist them with their recruitment strategy. What will you be doing? As a New Business Development Manager, you will be required to develop client relationships to identify their recruitment challenges. You need to understand our Applicant Tracking Software and Recruitment Services to a technical level whilst being able to articulate commercials through a business case. What are you going to get?
