The Role: Recruitment is all about matching the right candidate to the right role using skill, good judgement and alot of phone work. You will be fully trained in all aspects of the different stages to recruitment success. You will be monitored in certain areas of the process, things like new jobs, CVs sent out, interviews arranged. This is to help you achieve success and is very standard and useful. You will use a variety of candidate attraction methods. This would include using the major job boards and a variety of social media avenues and Linked In. My clients all have there own database with thousands of candidates registered which you will "mine" through with eshots and calls. Already, they have a large pipeline of businesses who they work with so plenty of jobs to fill from day 1. You will also be expected to attract new clients and vacancies through introductions, follow ups and sheer determination. The Rewards: A basic starting salary between £18,000 - £24,000 Commission paying upto 40% on a sliding scale, one of the best on the market with monthly and quarterly bonus on top.
