As a Recruitment Consultant, you, the successful candidate, will be hungry for success and eager to learn alongside our experienced team. Good communication skills is a definitive must as you will be build your business through speaking with new and existing clients, candidates alike. Successful candidates would be target driven and be a people’s person. MAIN JOB DUTIES: Business Development *Using Newstaff’s existing database to establish and build your own profitable business division within Newstaff Employment Services Ltd. *Developing new leads from competitor analysis, websites, networking, referrals and face to face business meetings. Negotiating business offers and selling Newstaff Employment Services unique features. Recruitment *Sourcing candidates through a variety of methods including websites, referrals, networking etc *Writing job adverts *Manage and conduct candidate interviews
