Please be aware that recruiting experience is not essential for our role, any B2C sales/account management exposure will be deemed favourable. Responsibilities include: • Developing new client relationships. • Delivery into existing key client relationships and accounts (true warm/hot accounts to work and nurture) • Candidate sourcing through a multi-channel approach including internal and external resources inclusive of the world leading CRM Bullhorn, major job boards, LinkedIn, forums and social media. The Successful Applicant You will need to possess the following skills: • Side before self-attitude coupled with a sociable, inquisitive, resilient, thick skinned, focused and ambitious character. • Ideally an interest in IT/TECH. • Ability to communicate and engage with new people constantly. • Competitive but grounded – the desire for success and a hatred of coming 2nd. • Enjoy working in a team environment with the ability to be self-deprecating.
