Recruitment Consultant (Driving / Logistics – Temporary Desk) Location - Nottingham Salary negotiable depending on experience - £20,000 - £25,000 basic plus commission, bonus and benefits. Eclipse are recruiting for a highly motivated individual who has a proven track record in Recruitment (a minimum 6 months relevant experience). This is an opportunity to join an established, successful and growing independent agency who want you to progress with them and build a rewarding career in recruitment. Hours of work are Monday to Friday from 8am until 5.30pm plus ‘on call’ duties (which involve answering a phone out of hours) on a rota. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to organise and manage their time effectively. They must be hungry to succeed and have a desire to take ownership of their division. The following skills/qualities are essential – * Customer service * Good written English * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Professional phone manner * Attention to detail * Ability to multitask The role will involve the following – * Daily management of existing bookings. * Pro-actively and professionally developing relationships with existing customers to increase revenue. * Constantly improving the quality of service to both clients and candidates and ensuring we remain compliant. * Recruitment and selection of suitable candidates to match the client requirements * Implement appropriate applicant attraction campaigns using advertising methods such as social media and job sites. * Conduct the screening & interviewing of potential candidates The successful applicant will be rewarded with: * £20,000 - £25,000 basic salary depending on experience * Free onsite parking * Pension Contributions * Future opportunity to progress within the company * 28 days holiday, increasing annually If you feel you have the required skills, qualifications and capabilities to excel within this role, I would love to hear from you.
