Are you an outgoing, driven, organised and a strong communicator looking for an opportunity with uncapped earning potential? Coba Education is a specialist, teacher recruitment company which has offices in Northampton, Leicester and Bradford. Coba is looking for an ambitious recruitment consultant for a 360 recruitment role within our Northampton branch. You will have a mixed role of managing existing clients as well as generating new business. Within your role you will be responsible for: ** Managing school relationships ** Approaching prospective schools ** Preparing adverts ** Recruiting, interviewing and vetting candidates ** Prospecting candidates to new positions ** Processing requirements Whilst previous recruitment experience is useful it is not essential. Coba is interested in both experienced recruiters and those with the right qualities to do the job. Skills & Qualifications Required: ** Must be at least GCSE grade C standard in Mathematics and English Language ** Strong interpersonal skills ** Organised ** Must be well presented and articulate ** Must be self-motivated and resilient ** Must have a full driving licence
