Fantastic opportunity based in our Glasgow branch - Recruitment consultant, to run and develop your own hot desk within the Office Support/Commercial sector covering the Glasgow area. The position: Ideal for those with a recruitment background to grow your career within a well-known, established recruitment agency and move along our career pathway. This would suit someone from a sales or recruitment background that enjoys working to targets and achieving them. You must be self motivated, enjoy working individually as a part of a larger team and have a want and need to succeed. This is a hot desk, with a mixture of local business and also National Accounts, therefore you will forge relationships with and service the temporary recruitment requirements of our existing clients. There is also great potential to develop current business and establish new relationships, so we will need someone who is happy to do sales as part of their daily routine. As a consultant you will revel in the opportunity to: - Build relationships with candidates and clients within the local area - Grow your desk through business development and sales activity - Source and market out candidates and filling roles - Visit clients, and service their individual requirements - matching candidate to position/client.
