Recruitment Consultant – Or someone who wants to be one. Worcester - Basic up to £20k – Flexible working Excellent performance bonus scheme (realistically can double salary). Since 1989 AES has been providing innovative recruitment consultancy services, specialising in delivering to a small select client base. AES is a Consultancy not an agency. We are in the quality not quantity sector and work with clients to help them to find their business critical people. We don’t cold call and believe intelligent, smart marketing and influential verbal communication is a much more effective way to find and develop key accounts than doing nonsensical KPI’s. Recruitment is not “rocket science” and after 30 years of being in the industry I should be able to support any proactive person (I have just as much success with sales people as I have with established recruiters) to get up and running reasonably quickly. We are looking for intelligent people, who are analytical and can think around problems. We also need to see people who are effective verbal and written communicators because this is a 360 degree job where you will find your clients and deliver a professional recruitment consultancy service. AES provides an intensive step by step training programme spread over three months on how to find key accounts and how to deliver a first class permanent recruitment service.
