Recruitment Consultant - Permanent Hospitality Chef Desk - all levels required to join our team! * £17 - 22k per annum basic along with uncapped and excellent commission structure * Realistic earnings above 40k per annum * 28 days holiday (plus up to 12 extra days given for on call) * Pension contributions * Additional benefits * Free parking * Dynamic team The Company- Who we are! * Established in 2005, We are one of Cornwall's leading recruitment agencies offering a bespoke service supplying all levels of staff on a temporary and permanent basis to the Industrial, Commercial, Care and Hospitality sectors within Cornwall and the South West. As an independently owned agency we can respond quickly to client and candidate needs and have huge flexibility in both management and team decision making. The Position * An experienced and sales focused consultant is required to manage this extremely busy and well established Permanent Chef desk * Developing a well established division that prides itself on providing quality candidates consistently to our clients * Managing a lucrative and very high billing permanent desk * Generating new sales, exceeding client and candidates expectations at all times * Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with on call, 1 in 5-6 weeks which is paid * Free car parking Requirement * Previous sales experience in a proven business development role and or proven recruitment consultancy experience within a high turnover temporary/permanent within recruitment would be essential. * Experience in Hospitality as a Senior Chef or a Food and Beverage Manager/Restaurant Manager would be desirable but not essential. * Track record of ability to sell consistently and high focus on client and candidate recruitment requirements within a high speed turnover desk! * Be able to multi task, think on your feet and solve problems, effectively and efficiently at all times. * Be able to do research on roles and operations to further enhance market knowledge presence for candidates and clients within the South West. * Exceptional organisational skills and ability to work in a pressurised but dynamic environment. * Enthusiatic and highly communicative, willing to hit the ground running! * Team player and driven personality - pro active individual who wants to bring more and more to our division and team and give real value to the recruitment process.
