Chase Associates are an established Employment Agency based in the heart of Gloucester. Because of this we are now looking for an additional Recruitment Consultant to join our team. It will be your responsibility to identify strong candidates from the constant flow of applications we receive each week; market these to employers throughout the county to identify suitable vacancies; arrange interviews; negotiate fees and secure placements of these applicants into permanent positions. Whilst previous experience in the recruitment industry would be an advantage it is not essential as training will be provided. However, you must already have strong communication skills, motivation, commitment and good negotiation skills to be considered for this role. RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT OTE £28 - £32,000 pa This is a varied and demanding role that will challenge and reward you.
