The Role You will be responsible for increasing revenue whilst building long term relationships with both clients and candidates ensuring compliance with internal procedures. You will be involved in sales which includes telephone canvassing of clients, client visits, and following up sales leads. You’ll be taking on a warm desk and as such you’ll be required to build on the company’s considerable presence; developing strong relationships with new and existing clients. The Ideal Candidate We’re looking for an individual with a recent background in Sales or Account Management; gained preferably within the Commercial sector, however, other sector backgrounds will be considered. It’s not essential that you have Recruitment experience but you must have personality and drive and be willing to learn new skills. We also need you to be highly motivated and ambitious as well as be familiar working within a target driven environment. You will have a natural ability to communicate as well as be commercially aware and possess excellent customer service skills with the ability to negotiate, persuade and influence. * Please note you will need to hold a full clean UK Driving Licence in order to be considered for this role*.
