Recruitment Consultant – Progression opportunities Are you in a Recruitment Consultant’s position or Sales Executive role at the moment? So whether it is a senior recruitment consultant’s role, management position or new business development role that you are after we will focus you on a tailored training and development plan which has rapid results in terms of performance and financial reward. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant you would be; * Identifying new business opportunities * Developing and managing client relationships * Managing the whole recruitment process from start to finish * Interviewing prospective candidates We reward our Recruitment Consultants with; * £17,000 - £27,000 Basic Salary (DOE) with realistic earnings of £40,000 - £50,000 * A comprehensive Training Academy and tailored sales training programme * Uncapped Commission Scheme (with no threshold for the first 18 months) * Various additional annual incentives (worth up to an additional £10,500) * Excellent holiday package We all work hard in our vibrant sales environment so enjoy various incentives and social activities as a team which include; * High Achievers Awards e.g. Holidays, Track days, Red Letter days, Ipads * Top London Restaurant Nights out * Weekly badminton, squash, and football competitions Our training plan is so comprehensive that you do not have to have previous experience as a recruitment consultant to do well with us.
