Prestige Recruitment Specialists Ltd are seeking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to join an established and exceptionally successful recruitment company within our NHS & Public Sector Department. This role would suit existing Public Sector Consultants or an experienced Public Sector Resourcer looking to develop with 1 to 1 guidance. Prestige Recruitment Specialists are an independent recruitment business that has been established for over 25 years within Yorkshire & Lincolnshire. Our head office is located in Hull and have other branches in Leeds, Doncaster, Immingham and Norfolk. In addition to this we also provide onsite facilities to an array of clients across the United Kingdom which enables us to deliver bespoke solutions for their business. This year as part of our expansion and growth strategy we opened a new office in Dereham and are looking to recruit a number of Recruitment Consultants to oversee a number of warm desks along with developing and generating new business leads. The main responsibilities of this role would be the following: - Provide a comprehensive recruitment service to the NHS & Public Sector - To be the dedicated Account Manager for all NHS & Public Sector staffing requests - Maintaining strong business relationships with NHS decision makers, ensuring a complete dedicated service - Ensuring full understanding of the NHS & Public Sector job roles by clear communication with hiring managers and on site visits - Using a bespoke system to track and monitor placements, candidates and vacant jobs - Attending regular meetings with NHS & Public Sector clients, as well as Prestige Senior Management both in Dereham but also in Yorkshire We are looking for individuals who have some sector experience and have already been involved in running their own desk, either temporary, permanent or contract and are capable of providing the full 360 recruitment package. This is an ideal opportunity for those who are detailed conscious and outstanding in all forms of communication. You must be a team player, flexible, self-sufficient and after training be able to work with minimum supervision.
