Austin Fraser are an award winning recruitment consultancy looking to take on two trainee recruitment consultants to be based in our central Reading headquarters. The company was established in 2007, turning over £900k in the first year. Our second office opened in Munich, Germany in 2012 and this year we've put the AF stamp in Austin Texas. We have always believed that no one should ever leave Austin Fraser due to lack of opportunity, so we have a big focus on everyone progressing organically. The progression: * Trainee Recruitment Consultant (0-6 months) * Recruitment Consultant (6+ months) * Senior Recruitment Consultant (18-24 months) * Principal Consultant (24-36+ months) * Team Leader (36+ months) * Sales Manager * Profit Centre Manager (All are estimated times. This is a meritocracy. You hit the target, you get promoted. Simple). The role: * Building a database of clients and candidates in your specific market. * Lots of targeted outbound calls - nothing falls onto our laps here. * Attending meetings regularly to build rapport and business pipeline. * Interview arrangement and client/candidate liaison. As a Trainee Recruitment, you can start earning commission immediately. It's uncapped here, with no threshold. Realistically, you can expect to earn £35k+ year one, £55k+ year two and £70k+ year three. We also have 3 holiday incentives per year, quarterly bonus incentives, quarterly car allowance incentives, monthly winners lunch incentives, plus regular team and company nights out. You'll get 25 days holiday here as standard (excluding public holidays); this increases by a day per year of you working with us (up to a maximum of 5 years).
