Recruitment Consultant- Recruitment Company of the year Do you want to be part of an expanding team that will allow you to grow your own team within a market leading industry? We are looking to take on experienced Recruitment Consultants who are wanting to progress their career. We have a specialist approach within the IT and Technology sectors and have an award-winning status within the industry. 2019 is shaping us to be an exciting year for us, we are expanding into Boston and Berlin and are looking to grow our UK office by 20 this year. We also have an office refurb taking place! Role of the Recruitment Consultant * Develop and manage client and candidate relationships in a competitive environment * Identify future business and initiate strategic plans for growth within a specialist market * Manage the recruitment process from interview to placement and beyond * Business development, win new accounts and grow existing ones * Establish opportunities with both candidates and clients You'll be joining a determined, high performing team with over achievers who believe passionately in Understanding Recruitment.
