Recruitment Consultant – Sales Experience Required £20,000 - £25,000/annum DOE + Commission Sales People with 6 months+ experience seeking a role in recruitment Cannon Street, London Do you have proven experience working within a sales environment? Are you looking to move into a recruitment role where you can progress and earn uncapped commission? We are currently looking for people with experience in sales / telesales / lettings / broking that are keen to get into a career within recruitment. We have an incredibly exciting opportunity to join a small, growing business working one on one under the Director with over 10 years recruitment experience. Their most recent employees have gone on to become the company’s current top biller and the company’s fastest ever promotion all under the leadership of the Director. This is a company that will not hold you back. They are looking to hire their future Head of Division / Directors and as such offer incomparable training and directorship to get you there as quickly as possible. Whilst they are currently a small team they have big plans to expand both this year and next with the aim of an overseas office by September 2018 within Europe or the US. With that in mind, the consultants they are bringing on now will be at the forefront of the business at a pivotal moment of their expansion offering amazing opportunities for career progression. They are looking for hard-workers! Those individuals who are really looking to make something of themselves and will do what is needed to get there. Long hours are common within recruitment and you will need to very much have the “work hard play hard” mentality. That being said, they are an extremely sociable team with regular team nights out / lunches and holidays and the whole team work as a unit to help everyone achieve their goals. The Role of Recruitment Consultant • Sourcing high level candidates through head-hunting, searching job-boards, Linkedin and other social media sites • Generating leads and sourcing new business • Pitching new clients to secure their business • Agreeing fees with the clients to create a good relationship from both ends • Attending client meetings to gain better understanding of requirements • Writing job adverts to attract the best talent • Relationship building with candidates and clients • Attending networking events • Working outside of standard 9-5 hours to reach those candidates who cannot speak during the day • Thinking outside the box to make yourself standout amongst your competitors!
