As a Recruitment Consultant with Austin Fraser, you'll be building your own business within your specific vertical market within IT. You'll make it your business to know all of the hottest tech gurus around, understanding what they want, when they're available and who they want to work with. Likewise, on a daily basis, you'll be making targeted outbound sales calls to develop your business and client base. Building rapport and long lasting relationships is at the heart of what we do here. We're recruitment consultants who actually consult. The company: Austin Fraser opened our doors in early 2007. Del Simpson and Pete Hart quickly got to work building our IT and Engineering recruitment consultancy from scratch. Taking on James Simpson shortly after as the first Trainee Recruitment Consultant, they turned over £1m in the first year. Pete and Del are still ever present in our privately owned recruitment consultancy and James now heads up the whole of the Networks and Infrastructure division. Proof, that we champion organic growth. In 2012 we opened our second office in Munich and last year we touched down in Austin, Texas (of course)! 2017 is already shaping up to be an exciting year for us, as we'll be opening a physical office in Berlin, expanding our European offering.
