Job Description

Recruitment Consultant, Sales Recruitment, Milton Keynes, £25,000 Basic, £45,000+ with bonuses and commissions. Whilst previous recruitment experience is required a positive and success led attitude is imperative. This is a full circle recruitment role where you will be responsible for converting new business and managing the entire recruitment projects from start to completion. We are looking individuals that are looking for the long-term and to grow within an ambitious and entrepreneurial business. To apply you will be a graduate, or of graduate calibre, with sales or telesales experience which could have been as a part-time or holiday job or perhaps within your 'sandwich year'. As a person you will be intelligent, articulate, bright and engaging with a natural ability to question and gather information. As this is a challenging role you will be a confident and forthright character that is passionate, inquisitive, commercially creative, credible, positive and resilient. Skills wise we need a sales led individual that is ambitious and tenacious yet is organised with a terrific understanding of Microsoft Office together with the ability to quickly pick up new IT systems and tools. To progress to an interview your CV should demonstrate achievement, loyalty and above average performance both inside and outside of work. Our commission scheme is easy to understand and generous, in your first year you should realistically earn £15K to £25K above your basic salary.
