Our client is a specialist recruitment consultancy currently seeking to expand their existing recruitment team by adding at least one consultant this quarter. Established for over 15 years, the company are well established experts in their field looking to achieve their next growth target. For those new to the industry, what can be expected in the first twelve months is the potential for two promotions (including pay rises) to Trainee Consultant and then Consultant. On top of your salary you will also receive commissions and bonus incentives for hitting KPI’s and targets. These will include; shopping vouchers, cash prizes, day’s out, restaurant visits, and more. The successful candidate, if hitting targets, will have the opportunity to earn £40,000 or more as the position offers uncapped commissions on top of your salary. Make no mistake, high earnings are for those who are willing to put in the hard work and understand the importance of hitting targets and going the extra mile. Based from their Guildford offices, the successful candidate will be part of a team of eight starting either at a resourcer or consultant level, depending on experience. You will be working closely with experienced consultants and trained in all aspects of recruiting – CV searching, advertising, managing responses, telephone screening and interviewing candidates. You will also be given the chance to train in business development, client management and a range of sales skills. The ideal candidate will: • Be educated to A Level or Degree level • Have experience in a sales, telesales or customer service environment • Have excellent, clear, communication skills • Possess a flair and interest in developing business relationships • Be professional and approachable • Be enthusiastic, energetic, proactive and ambitious The role itself will involve working predominantly over the telephone, speaking to candidates and clients. Depending on your level of experience your role will either be focused more on sourcing and advertising for candidates with a view to progressing towards consultant level, or starting at a consultant level whereby you will be focusing more on client and candidate management. In order to fully achieve this, you will be benefiting from a thorough and comprehensive training programme with internal and external expert trainers. Experience in recruitment is not essential as we look for natural sales ability and a raw talent that only certain individuals possess, whether you have 10 years’ sales experience or none at all we treat everyone the same and give everyone the chance to be a success in sales.
