Advance Clinical Recruitment is a leading Pharmaceutical Recruitment Consultancy. We have ambitious growth plans for 2017/2018 as we look to build upon our success. Due to our growth plans, we have a number of openings for experienced sales people to become Recruitment Consultants. What is a “Recruitment Consultant”? A Recruitment Consultant is the intermediary between organisations wishing to recruit (the client) and the individual seeking a career move or temporary assignment (the candidate). It is primarily a sales role, with high rewards for impressive results. Job Responsibilities: • Source and match candidates to our Clients. • Win business from new Clients through Business Development. • Build existing relationships through rapport building and consistently delivering a high-end service. • Grow your candidate talent pool through networking via phone, face-to-face and email • Create interesting and engaging content for LinkedIn, Job Boards and other means on talent attraction. • Consistently achieve and over-achieve against sales targets. • Promote a positive can-do attitude in the working environment. • Set-up and manage interview processes, collecting feedback and providing this to both clients and candidates. • Deliver offers to candidates. • Negotiate salary packages with candidates and Clients.
