Job Description

We are a small but fast growing independently owned recruitment agency based in Rhyl and servicing the whole of North Wales. We supply candidates for permanent positions across all sectors and temporary staff into manufacturing. Due to continued growth, we are now seeking to employ, a bright and confident person with a bubbly personality to assist with the development of our business and to provide a high standard of service to our existing clients. Duties will include:- * Dealing with client staffing requirements * Working to strict deadlines in a fast paced environment * Greeting and assisting candidates * Registering work seekers and ensuring correct documentation is obtained * Answering call and dealing with customer enquiries * Carrying out regular audits of our CRM * Assisting with social media advertising/marketing * Obtaining references * Other general administration/customer service duties You need to have. * Excellent communication and the ability to form business relationships with ease. * Experience in marketing would be valuable but not essential as training can be given. * A bubbly personality and bags of confidence * The ability to communicate professionally both face to face and over the telephone * A knowledge of databases * A strong desire to succeed in a challenging market * Can manage your own time and be self-motivated * Previous experience in an recruitment/sales role We can offer a very pleasant and relaxed working environment, competitive rate of pay, in depth training in recruitment services, a long-term career and the opportunity to play a major part in the growth of a local and interesting business
