Unique Employment is proud to be recruiting a full-time Recruitment Consultant / Administrator for our fantastic client in Wellingborough. Our client is a well-established recruitment agency that supply household staff to a high-profile clientele. Your main role would be Administrator, however you will also be doing some consultancy, and be able to grow with the business. Duties Preparation of CV`s using a standard format Invoicing Credit control duties Answering the telephone to candidates and clients Filing (scanning and shredding documents) Conducting interviews Building relationships with both clients and employees Identifying a Client's needs, and supplying suitable staff Handling any complaints or issues raised by Clients, identifying the problem and finding a resolution Skills and Experience Required Attention to detail is paramount Excellent spelling and grammar Good telephone manner Common sense and pro-active attitude Some previous account experience would be an advantage High Level knowledge of Microsoft word including formatting documents Sense of Humor Down to earth Previous experience of working in a small team Must be comfortable and able to converse credibly with high-profile and high-net-worth people. Previous recruitment background desirable The hours will be Monday - Friday 09.00am - 17.00pm, with a 30 minute lunch break. The starting salary is £19,000 per annum, with a salary review within the first year. There will also be a Christmas Bonus
