Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer Kings Hill, Kent Salary £16-20k + Bonus The Company A small but well-established recruitment consultancy who specialise in the Employability & Skills sector. We offer a quality-focused, consultative recruitment service to companies all over the UK. The company has exciting expansion plans and is keen to hear from applicants with a desire to forge a career in recruitment. Summary of the Role You will initially be responsible for supporting consultants with the successful search, selection and placement of candidates into appropriate permanent positions in order to achieve monthly team targets. The role will gradually evolve as you develop the necessary skills and knowledge to become a Recruitment Consultant, managing your own clients and vacancies. Key Responsibilities ·Sourcing candidates using appropriate methods of advertising, online job board adverts, search engines and social media. ·Conducting telephone interviews to assess candidates against specific competencies ·Arranging interviews and gathering interview feedback ·Gain new business leads from all candidates spoken to and pass onto your business manager ·Accurately and promptly record candidate details and load onto the database, logging all conversations ·Provide excellent candidate care to all candidates maintaining regular contact ·General administrative duties including database management, CV formatting and answering phones. ·A commitment to your own career development, showing a desire to take on additional responsibilities and progress to become a full consultant Required Experience Minimum of 2 years in a sales, recruitment or customer services role.
