Hunter Mason are looking to grow their existing team in York City Centre. We are a Recruitment company specialising within the construction sector. Due to huge growth we are seeking an experienced permanent recruitment consultant that has a proven track record of being a success in the construction sector. Our aim is to be recognised as the largest privately-owned recruitment company in the construction space. Must possess the following: • Experience recruiting in the construction sector on a permanent basis • Leadership skills • To be able to work independently and within a team • Pro active • Forward thinking • Confidence to present ideas for the benefit of the company Benefits of Hunter Mason: • You will have access to a large active client base that we are currently supplying trades and labour too, so you will have opportunity from day one to introduce yourself as the permanent consultant at the company to assist with their permanent vacancies moving forward. • We are a young growing company, and this is a great opportunity to be a key figure head as the company progresses and grows year on year. • We are looking for motivated individuals and in return you will effectively be your own boss. We will let you manage your own activity on a daily basis and look to support you on the ideas you present to the table. • You will have the opportunity to grow the desk as you see fit once it is billing money and we would allow you into the decision-making process to do so. • As the desk grows you will get an over-ride of the desk as you will be effectively managing and supporting them going forward
