Recruitment Consultant / Trainee Recruitment Consultant An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident, sales focused individual to join a highly renowned Recruitment organisation based at our head office in Nottingham. Since Linsco's inception in 1978, we have built an enviable reputation for our high standard of service delivery, outstanding client retention and repeat business in the market, our brand is highly respected within the Construction & Civil Engineering industries and many of our clients now require our services on a national basis. The Role We are looking for bright, confident candidates with previous sales experience gained within 'any' fast paced, challenging sales environment. You will work within a team alongside experienced consultants, developing new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Majority of the work will be proactive telemarketing and face to face meetings with potential customers to market "Linsco's" services. Other essential parts of the role are to pre-screen, interview and assess the skills of candidates, whilst matching them to our clients' requirements. You will have a real desire to earn money proactively yet ethically, you must be an excellent team player with a hunger for success. Salary & Benefits In return for hard work Linsco offer you the potential to earn enviable commission in addition to an excellent basic salary of £17,000 - £20,000pa (negotiable depending on experience). Furthermore you will receive an excellent benefits package including company car use, parking, a mobile phone & laptop (depending on position), private health cover and the option to join the companies pension scheme to name but a few. Training and development needs are established early on and ongoing training is provided.
