Alchemy Recruitment is a privately owned Global Recruitment Consultancy, with modern offices in Braintree, Essex. We have been established since 1995 and are the market leaders in our respective sectors. Due to our continued growth and the purchase of an additional, large modern office, we are currently recruiting for experienced Recruitment Consultants at all levels to join our established Shipping & Logistics, Global Mobility, Removals / Relocations teams and Fine Arts. Overall Job Purpose: To source and place candidates within these specialist sectors, to develop new business with clients and to service existing accounts. Key Activities: - Contacting new and existing clients, canvassing vacancies & developing good relationships - Maintaining & updating the in-house system - Managing client accounts in a professional manner - Working as part of a small team, maintaining good communication & keeping other Consultants notified if vacancy/client details change - Ensuring clients are familiar with terms and conditions of business and agreeing rates - Researching new and existing clients - Sending out candidate details to clients for current or future vacancies - Arranging & managing the interview process - Organising the placement details (start date, starting salary, offer letter etc.) - Advertising vacancies (websites, trade press etc.) - Achieving and ideally exceeding set sales targets Key Competencies/Attributes: - A minimum of six months recruitment experience, ideally placing permanent staff - Confident and professional telephone manner - Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Internet). - Retentive memory - Good literacy and grammar skills - Team player who is able to work independently - Ability to prioritise workload - Self motivated - Resourceful, able to use own initiative To be successful in your application you will have experience working in a Recruitment environment, and will be keen to hit the ground running!
