You will be responsible for building up relationships from scratch and re-visiting previous clients. As a Recruitment Consultant for this sports recruitment company you will not only be required to manage clients and candidates over the phone you will also be tasked with face-to-face meetings and presentation. For this 360 Recruitment consultant role you will need to; write adverts, search job boards and interview and prep candidates. The Candidate: The sports world is highly competitive, and you will need to be a hardworking and charismatic to get through to the correct decision makers in this Recruitment Consultant role. You should have a passion for sports and previous experience in sales as this will help you with confidence over the phone. These 360 roles will need you to be highly organised and dedicated to finding quality candidates.
