Fantastic opportunity for an experienced technical recruitment consultant to join our expanding energy division. Job Purpose: You will be tasked with either identifying and sourcing qualified candidates for contract & permanent job opportunities, within our energy division, or developing both new and existing external clients and sourcing the very best candidates for them (360 role) to secure Sitec' s reputation as a world class technical recruitment organization. Role Requirements: Work closely with the Sales team to develop and exploit all opportunities to place candidates. Using professional Internet resources, internal database, networking, social media events and other innovative sourcing techniques, to identify and connect with engineering candidates and/or customers Conduct Pre-screening / Interviewing, references checks, and negotiate compensation with candidates. Making job offers to candidates, coordinating hire track status internally and externally with clients Use our Cloud based ATS system to record and manage the hiring process from end to end. Build, develop and manage a candidate database in your industry specialty becoming the "go to" person for both candidates and hiring managers. Qualifications: GCSE pass level MS Office skills. GCSE pass level in both written and spoken English and Math's. Any higher educational qualifications in Engineering, Science, Business/Marketing or any Degree would be desirable Any previous Recruitment Qualifications would be desirable. Minimum of 3 years' experience in 360 Agency or In House, target driven environmentPerson Specification: Experience in recruiting in at least one of the following industries: Aerospace, Industrial, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Electronics, or Automotive Engineering OR Any previous sales experience Ability to work in a Team environment. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated and Goal oriented Attention to detail, excellent organisational skills & ability to multi-task effectively.
