We’re a boutique, privately-owned European Recruitment Consultancy focusing on niche Tech recruitment across the DACH Region with ambitious growth plans over the next 12-24 months.   Due to market growth, we are looking for an exceptional Recruitment Consultant to work in a team focussed on placing Engineers in our core German market. We are looking for somebody ambitious to grow & progress with us, keen to develop their market quickly and show an inquisitive nature & thirst for knowledge.   You will work closely with the existing team and our CEO daily, developing new business rapidly & placing candidates in positions across Germany.   The right person must have: - Good Marketing, Persuasion & Sales Skills. - A Strong understanding of the Recruitment Process. - Fluent in Both English & German - Strong drive and willingness to succeed   Previous experience in Technology Recruitment market would be an advantage but talent and enthusiasm is more important to us than experience - if you want to work in recruitment or a change of working environment then get in touch to discuss in detail
