Job Title: Recruitment Consultant (Temp Desk) Location: Waterbeach (free parking available) Salary: Competitive + commission structure and bonus scheme Hours: Full-time Ref: 760/22 Ann Pettengell is a well-established independent agency in Cambridge, with a strong reputation for an ethical, professional and friendly style of recruitment. We are currently looking for an experienced Temp Recruiter to join our established team You will be responsible for running your own temp desk, focusing on Commercial & Office Support roles within Cambridgeshire. Your primary role will be to develop and maintain long standing and strategic relationships with Clients and Candidates, offering a consultative recruitment solution suited to their needs. This is not simply a case of skills matching; you will combine demonstrable experience of implementing the recruitment process to truly understand a client's business and its culture. This is a pivotal role that will require you to be highly motivated and tenacious. It also requires exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills. As with all full cycle recruitment roles, business development will play a big part of the role. You will actively develop knowledge of the local market through canvass calling, use of marketing, networking and lead generation to enable you to generate business. As a small company you will also have the opportunity to contribute to all areas of the business such as marketing, advertising, social media, events, charity and other projects.
