Hales Group are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to work in our Norwich City Centre branch. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter or sales person to join a highly reputable, forward thinking and award winning organisation where your efforts will be recognised and greatly rewarded. In this role you will be responsible for managing your own recruitment desk and be responsible for business development, networking and building strong client and candidate relationships. You will be given the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the recruitment process as well as providing innovative solutions to both clients and candidates. Experience in recruitment and/or sales is desirable however not essential as successful candidates will receive a full induction and “on the job” support from colleagues.
