We offer Permanent, Temporary and Contract staffing, and are currently recruiting for Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding team. We can offer a WARM desk with · Uncapped Commission – Generous way above industry standard · Annual incentives, i.e Las Vegas and vouchers for every client conversion · Relaxing / fun staff room a.k.a. “The Lazy Lounge” – PS4, Foosball Table, Pool Table · · Monthly / quarterly incentives have included clay-pigeon shooting, go-karting, fine dining · First-class training, development and support on offer · A fantastic commission/rewards package – You are rewarded for every client conversion, a monthly commission structure, vouchers for achieving internal incentives, a quarterly bonus and an annual incentive for top performance all paid for by the company Desired Skills and Experience At Consultant level we would be looking for · Proven Recruitment Experience in either Temporary, contract or Permanent placements · Excellent ability to communicate both verbally and written · An awesome telephone manner · Good organisational skills paired with the ability to time manage your day · Highly self-motivated, confident and driven by sales targets · Ambitious to succeed and grow within the business · Keen to hit daily sales targets and in turn receive unlimited commission The Role will include, (An experienced consultant will have a proven track record of effectively; · Making daily outbound sales calls to new and existing clients · Making daily candidate calls to new and existing candidates · Screening and short-listing candidate CV’s for selection · Taking job specifications and sourcing candidates accordingly · Growing your sales pipeline · Headhunting, identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work · Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers · Negotiating pay and salary rates, finalising arrangements between client and candidates · Working to realistic KPI’s (Including call and sales targets) agreed with your manager
