JOB TITLE: Recruitment Consultant (Temporary Placements) SALARY: £20,000 to £24,000 per annum basic, (OTE £40k), Uncapped commission scheme, 22 days holiday increasing with service, life assurance, pension and cashback health plan White Horse Professional Resources is on an ambitious growth journey and we are now in a position to grow the team. We are starting with the busy “temp desk” where you will have the benefit of having a strong mentor and supportive working environment. Ultimately reporting to the Sales Director, you will be working on temporary office and commercial vacancies. You will conduct regular service reviews, undertake client presentations, source and select temporary workers, and be free to build relationships with clients, encourage repeat business and fill vacancies and maximise results. We give you the freedom to make things happen, and are always open to new ideas and initiatives. You will have the support of a skilled management team, but be empowered to make decisions that will drive the desk forward. You will have a confident and resilient manner, ideally with previous business to business, sales or account management experience. In addition, you must have the ability to generate new business and “close the sale”. A good memory is required (with many temps out working) and you must be able to think on your feet. This fast-paced role needs you to react quickly and be able to juggle many assignments at the same time.
