Recruitment Consultant (Temporaries Division) From £24,000 Plus uncapped Commission Monday to Friday - 8.30am until 5.00pm (with flexibility) A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our award-winning Kings Cross branch as a Temporaries Consultant covering the vibrant and trendy North London patch which includes Islington and Camden. We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and hardworking individual to join our team where the potential is unlimited; you will be targeting new business in the scope of some very exciting, well known and trendy companies that are in the area. You will be based in our newly refurbished offices in Oxford Street where the primary function of the Temporaries Consultant will be to ensure that your personal sales activity contributes to the branch achieving and exceeding objectives and KPIs. The Temporary Consultant's job role also includes identifying potential recruitment opportunities within a given market place and generating revenue by placing candidates into temporary assignments with new, existing or lapsed clients. Responsibilities will include: Achieving weekly / monthly / annual targets as set by the Branch Manager Utilisation and analysis of the client dashboard to fully understand your client base (new, existing, lapsed and lost) Developing a robust candidate available list which mirrors the branch market place and client requirements Conducting 10 candidate interviews per week enabling you to send 65 speculative CVs to clients each week Keeping in touch with all existing and new clients by booking and attending visits Strengthen and improve client base by delivering service excellence via our Red Thread Methodology Working closely with colleagues to ensure effective performance of the branch against targets and objectives Managing and maintaining the relationship with new and existing candidates Requirements: Strong desire to succeed, win business and grow your desk Resilience, self-motivation and ability to work under pressure Strong communication and relationship building skills Demonstrated focus on clients and candidates Confident, able to use own initiative and manage own workload Working in an environment that is fast-paced and target-driven Working to deadlines that may reach beyond core working hours Telephone based and face to face sales Customer service We are looking for an 'all rounder' as you will join a passionate, friendly, fun but and hardworking team that work well together to support each other and get the job done with great rewards in return.
